Q: What is your day to day in your role?

A: “My day-to-day role in Shrewsbury Town in the community can be anything from looking after our social media accounts, coming up with new and exciting event ideas or completing graphic design work to support our programmes.”

Q: Can you tell us about your educational journey?

A: “My educational journey started at Shrewsbury College London road campus, where I studied a level 3 extended diploma in travel and tourism. As part of this course I took part in a two week work placement where I began my events journey. After working for 2 years with a local events company, I then decided to up-skill myself and take on a Marketing and Events role in Shrewsbury Town in the Community.”

Q: What advice can you give to anyone watching this?

A: “My advice would be, enjoy every day, every day you will learn something new and every day is an experience.”
