We all have mental health and it is so key to take care of it, the more we are able to normalise the conversation and offer support in the local community the better.
Our Walk & Talk Sessions are a chance for us to connect with others and nature, combating loneliness and social isolation, whilst helping with mental health symptoms such as anxiety, depression and insomnia.
Our Walk & Talk sessions take place every Monday at 10am.
We will be meeting by Stop Cafe, SY1 1UD, and will walk through Shrewsbury Quarry Park.
