We are delighted to confirm the date for the Shrewsbury Town in the Community Summer Cup as Saturday 28th August & Sunday 29th August 2021.
The fourth annual event will be held at Ludlow Football Stadium and places are open for U8 – U12 grassroots teams to enter now! (Age Groups are based on 2021/22 Season).
Our last Summer Cup in 2019 was a massive success with over 673 players competing across all age-groups, travelling in from Shropshire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire, all three different counties were represented as the sun shone over our scenic South Shropshire Hub providing a fantastic weekend for all involved.
This year’s Summer Cup also sees the return on sponsors, DM recruitment. DM Recruitment are huge ambassadors for STiTC and have supported the Summer Cup since 2018. Specialising in the placement of temporary and permanent roles across a broad range of sectors, DM Recruitment have excelled in the business world and we are extremely grateful for their support and commitment.

The Summer Cup is open to all grassroots football teams in the relevant age groups to enter, with a £30 fee per team. (Parking is available on site @ £2 per car – payable on entry).
U8s, 9s & U11s competitions will take place on Saturday 28th August 2021, and the U10s and U12s, tournaments will run on Sunday 29th August 2021.
