We are delighted to announce that Shrewsbury Town in the Community are going to be guest speakers at Fit Fest, a brand new event for 2019 in Shrewsbury, organised and run by Ultimate Fitness.
At Fit Fest 2019 we will be taking the opportunity to showcase our Health and Well-being programmes such as Walking Football and our new Ladies Beginners Running Club. Some of our coaches will be on hand to answer any questions about our programmes and explain some more about the sessions we run. Along with this we will be running a raffle to win a signed football, free tickets to a home game for next season, and more!
The event takes place on 6th July and will be 8 hours of back to back fitness activities with live DJ sets and multiple stages, with over 60 classes, workshops and demos to try, taste and test the latest trends in health and fitness. This will give you the opportunity to meet the experts, take part in classes and shop for the top fitness brands.
