Shrewsbury Town in the Community are delighted to announce the return of the Grassroots Summer Cup for a second year at the Ludlow Football Stadium.

The Grassroots Summer Cup is a celebration of Grassroots Football across the three counties of Shropshire, Herefordshire & Worcestershire with the 2018 Competition scheduled for Saturday 1st & Sunday 2nd September 2018 which is set to include an inflatable fun zone and Exhibitors for the first time!

Last years Summer Cup was played over two days of glorious sunshine in South Shropshire with teams from the three counties taking home group winners medals and trophies.

The 2018 edition will see age groups from U9 – U13 compete to take home the Summer Cup 2018 Trophy for their respective age group.

Places within each age group are restricted to 16 teams and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

There is a entry fee per team of £20 for the 2018 Summer Cup when registered before Sunday 1st July 2018.
