On Friday 27th March Shrewsbury Town in the Community will be hosting our annual Primary Schools Conference at Montgomery Waters Meadow, giving local schools the chance to meet our schools team and find out how we can help in your school.
The conference is free to attend for local headteachers, SLT and PE coordinators and will allow attendees to find out more information about what Shrewsbury Town in the Community can offer to local schools through assisted curriculum delivery, staff training, and other special events and perks available to our partner schools.
The afternoon will feature:
- Guest speakers including, former local headteacher, Ryan Jervis OBE, and the FA’s Regional PE Coordinator, Tom Peevor.
- Information on how Shrewsbury Town in the Community can support your school with high quality primary PE curriculum and wider school sport delivery.
- Case studies showing how targeted interventions and core curriculum delivery can support your school’s needs
- Details of all the benefits of partnering with your local football club.
All those attending and registering in advance will also receive two tickets to the weekend’s fixture – Shrewsbury Town vs Wycombe Wanderers.
