To coincide with the Play Safe weekend, we held a matchday festival to celebrate the strength of teamwork and football as a game for change.
The Play Safe is a FA led campaign in partnership with the NSPCC to highlight safeguarding across the beautiful game, whether that’s at a grassroots level or professional. On the 28th and 29th September, clubs of various sizes shared their support at all levels from league fixtures to festivals, and Shrewsbury Town FC were proud to feature as part of this celebration.
