Shrewsbury Town FC Foundation is excited to announce the launch of its brand-new Girls Development Centre, providing a professional pathway for young female players.
After being impressed with the high level of talent demonstrated at recent trials, the foundation is committed to offering a strong development route, potentially leading into our Emerging Talent Centre (ETC), higher or further education, and even future workforce opportunities.
The Girls Development Centre will offer the same high-quality environment as the ETC, designed to help players enhance and refine their skills. In addition to regular training, standout performers will have the unique opportunity to train with the ETC, while the entire squad will participate in friendly matches against both our ETC squads and Ludlow Centre.
To ensure a smooth transition, Shrewsbury Town FC Foundation will be hosting an online meeting with parents before 30th September. This meeting will address any questions and outline the exciting opportunities and expectations for the players in the months ahead.
