Partners of Shrewsbury Town in the Community had the chance to go on an exclusive tour of Salop Leisure’s Love2Stay resort to celebrate the company renewing their partnership with Shrewsbury Town’s official charity. The stunning resort stretches across 22 acres of rural Shropshire, offering the ultimate in luxurious camping and caravan holidays.
Those attending were treated to a pizza buffet and given the opportunity to network, before taking part in an exclusive guided tour of the facility. The tour saw the partners visit the Love2Stay caravan park before taking a trip to see the latest in glamping tents that the resort offers.
The glamping resort holds 11 family glamping lodges, with every lodge sleeping up to 6 people and also have their own outdoor hot tub, outdoor fire pit and private sun deck. Attendee’s were given the opportunity to take a look inside the lavish accommodation on offer here, and were wowed by the size of the lodges on offer as well as the internal facilities available within this.
The group were also shown round the new outdoor kitchens, which host barbeques, a wood fire pizza oven and fire pit as well as the man-made lake capable of hosting kayaking and paddleboarding.
On hosting the Friends of the Community event at the Love2Stay resort, Partnerships and Events manager Ceri Nicholls said,
“We are so lucky to have Salop Leisure as a partner of Shrewsbury Town in the Community, tonight’s event has been a great success and we can’t thank them enough for hosting this for us, without the unrestricted funds of our Friends of the Community partners we couldn’t continue the work we do.”
