Port Vale Ladies 1 – 4 Shrewsbury Town Women 

An impressive second half performance from Town saw them overcome Port Vale to earn their third win of the season and take them up to 3rd in the table! Despite going in with the scores level a 1-1 at half-time, the team kicked on after the break with 2 goals from Lauren Jones, and Olivia Minshall and Lucy Priest also getting onto the scoresheet.

Shadow Squad U13s – CS Colts 4 – 2 – Shrewsbury Town 

Shrewsbury travelled to play a strong colts side on Saturday, and after a promising start, a counter-attacking goal from Colts gave them the lead. Town responded well and managed to get an equaliser a few minutes later through Marley Woodcock. Unfortunately this seemed to kick Colts back into life and they gained another 2 quick goals before adding a fourth just before half-time. After the break Shrewsbury recovered and played some great football, managing to pull a goal back thanks to a great assist from Corby and cool finish from Niall. However Town were unable to find the net again and the game finished 4-2.
