Celebrating a year of achievements with our Gala Dinner

On Friday the 19th of November, we will be holding our annual Gala Dinner where we celebrate the work that we have achieved as an organisation over the past year. We are excited to welcome Sky Sports Presenter, Michelle Owen, as our host for the evening and want to thank Shropshire Homes for sponsoring the event and making it possible.

Throughout the evening we will be showcasing some of our case study videos that focus on key participants in our various sessions and we will be sharing this on both our YouTube channel and social media. These videos document how key the programmes we provide are, as they can make life changing differences to the lives of those in the community.

A new inclusion this year is “The Ben Evison Award”, named in honour of our ShrewsAbility participant, Ben Evison, who we sadly lost this June. To continue Ben’s legacy, we wanted to create an award that showcases our values which Ben exemplified on a daily basis. This will be awarded to our staff member of the year.
